Free Certification Class
1099 Contractor
Each company requires agents to complete a certification course before taking calls. We provide this training at no cost to you to help you build the confidence and skills needed to succeed.
This mandatory course is designed to:

Once certified, you’ll be able to set your own schedule and begin working with the client of your choice.
Please note: This is not a W-2 employee position.
You will be working as an independent 1099 contractor, which means:

Taxes are not automatically deducted; you are responsible for filing as a 1099 contractor

A small administrative fee will be deducted to cover access to the platform and support services
