Free Certification Class
1099 Contractor
Each company requires agents to complete a certification course before taking calls. We provide this training at no cost to you to help you build the confidence and skills needed to succeed.
This mandatory course is designed to:

Prepare you to handle real customer service calls

Teach you the systems and procedures specific to the company you choose

Give you the tools to earn an hourly wage from home

Help you feel confident and ready on day one
Once certified, you’ll be able to set your own schedule and begin working with the client of your choice.
Please note: This is not a W-2 employee position.
You will be working as an independent 1099 contractor, which means:

Taxes are not automatically deducted; you are responsible for filing as a 1099 contractor

A small administrative fee will be deducted to cover access to the platform and support services

I don't have the money for a computer or laptop or my laptop doesn't meet the requirements what can I do?We are contracted with a company that finances and for as little as $10 down you can get all the equipment you need that is made specifically for the WFH jobs provided. If approved you receive the equipment and pay it in installments. Click here to Go to the WFH Equipment page for more info. Remember to keep all receipts for tax purposes

Do I have to pay for the certification class?No, your only out of pocket is the background check and a $20 certification deposit due 7 days before your certification class. It is given back as long as you attend the first day of training You are also responsible for your $30 background check after you have picked a job and signed up for the certification class.

Do I have to pay anything to see jobs?No, you do not have to pay anything to register and see jobs. You are responsible for your background check which is $30 you don't pay for the background check until you have signed up for a job. Background checks are good for 3 years. You DO NOT take a background check for each job. One background check is good for 3 years.

Is this part time or full time?Certification courses are Monday - Friday and the times are different for each company Fill out the form below to register your job portal so you can see specific class schedules. After you are certified you pick your own days and hours. You can work multiple jobs at one time but you can only be in one certification class at a time.

Is this a W2 Job?No you would be a 1099 independent contractor. You pick your own days and hours and you choose the jobs you want You must pay for your background check and provide your equipment No taxes are deducted from your check The only thing deducted is a administrative fee I will also have tax professionals explain how to file 1099 so its beneficial for you
